How do I place products in my Basket?
To place a product in your shopping cart, you must go to the product's detail page. On that page you may receive more information about the product, as well as a larger image. You can also select options, such as color and size. There you will also find an "Add to Basket" button that you can use to place the item in your shopping basket. |

How do I become a member of this store?
To become a member click on the "Signup" link on the main navigation bar under the search form. Simply fill out the form with your information and you will automatically be registered as a member. Members may receive discounts on products, and they have more convenient checkouts because their information is placed in the form automatically. |

We have worked hard to provide you with an online catalog. To keep costs down, but we do have a print catalog. We will send you one if you leave your name and address. |

How long will it take to receive the items I order?
That depends. Most of our products are shipped via USPS using standard day ground transportation. All our products leave our hands within 48 hours of receiving your order or 48 hours of your check clearing. Special orders may take longer.

Your credit card transaction is processed immediately using a secure merchant service. This service is highly secure and uses SSL encryption technology.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you live in New York state, you have to pay sales tax (8.5% at the time of publication). Otherwise, no.

Can I get a printed receipt?
After you process your order, you will be shown your receipt on the screen so that you can print it or save it to a file. You will also have the option to e-mail the receipt to yourself. If you have lost or deleted that receipt, we will be happy to send you another one with your order.

Can I buy a gel kit to make my own candle?
Yes. We sell a gel kit that includes 1lb. of gel, 3 wicks, 3 wick tabs, sand, shells, 1 votive and instructions. Email us and let us know you want a kit.
